A prayer for increase

Abba Father,

As we know embark on this journey, today, give us increase! In crease in Your love, grace, mercy, peace, joy, wisdom, knowledge, strength, discipline, discernment, protection, and victory in you. Today, Father, we declare you as the life source of our existence.  I pray for You to move in the lives of the faithful to fulfill their needs within Your will. Heal the brokenhearted and the sick. Bring home the prodigal children lost in the world. Help those who are struggling to make ends meet. Deliver those who are embattled wigh turmoil, confusion, and the enemy. Father, today is the day started to grow closer to you and leave the ways of the world behind. Today, our worldliness dies, that we may be resurrected by and in Your, to claim our new self and set at the table of the Father.  Believe in Him, for through faith we are justified. Let us all rejoice in it! Today is the first day of your new life in Christ. Carpe diem, seize the day! Amen

Remember the Precepts of God

Psalm 119

89 Forever, O Lord,
Your word is settled in heaven.
90 Your faithfulness endures to all generations;
You established the earth, and it abides.
91 They continue this day according to Your ordinances,
For all are Your servants.
92 Unless Your law had been my delight,
I would then have perished in my affliction.
93 I will never forget Your precepts,
For by them You have given me life.
94 I am Yours, save me;
For I have sought Your precepts.
95 The wicked wait for me to destroy me,
But I will consider Your testimonies.
96 I have seen the consummation of all perfection,
But Your commandment is exceedingly broad.

Never forget the commandments of our God.  Letting the law of the world lead your life equates to certain destruction and separation from God.  Why give lordship to laws and doctrines whose genesis is tainted and doomed to disaster, and the same can be said of its end? In other words, why adhere solely to finite precepts of man? Make the Word, Law, and Love of Jehovah Nisi Alpha and Omega, and every moment in between, the head of our lives. Adherence to YahWeh equals abundant and everlasting life!

Love like a Child

Matthew 19

Jesus Blesses Little Children
13 Then little children were brought to Him that He might put His hands on them and pray, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” 15 And He laid His hands on them and departed from there.

This tiny portion of Scripture carries a great amount of weight.  "For such is the kingdom of Heaven." What does that mean to you?  For me, Christ is saying we all need to love like a child.  A child's love is pure and unadulterated.  They don't leave the womb knowing hate, prejudice, and discrimination, it is taught. If we would love like a child, many of the world's troubles could disappear from existence. But, because so many don't know God,  hate, prejudice, and discrimination are perpetuated in all forms of media and even in the church.  It's time for us all to start loving the way Christ explains here. Without care or fear, love everyone equally for His name sake. Amen

Receive me Oh Lord

Psalm 119

25 My soul clings to the dust;
Revive me according to Your word.
26 I have declared my ways, and You answered me;
Teach me Your statutes.
27 Make me understand the way of Your precepts;
So shall I meditate on Your wonderful works.
28 My soul melts from heaviness;
Strengthen me according to Your word.
29 Remove from me the way of lying,
And grant me Your law graciously.
30 I have chosen the way of truth;
Your judgments I have laid before me.
31 I cling to Your testimonies;
O Lord, do not put me to shame!
32 I will run the course of Your commandments,
For You shall enlarge my heart.

Let this be our prayer today! Everyday! All day! Lie the desires of the flesh die in this ungodly world, and be born anew in the blood of Christ. This is what baptism by water symbolizes.  Live to honor Jehovah Jirah. We do this by living out the words of the Psalm above. It may seem like a mountainous task, but, Christ said "have the faith of a mustard seed, and mountains will move." They will move because He is the head of your life.  Live it
Love it. Embrace it.  Jesus is the Lord of all. Amen!

Embrace the Light

1 John 1New King James Version (NKJV)

What Was Heard, Seen, and Touched
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life— 2 the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us— 3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. 4 And these things we write to you that your[a] joy may be full.

Fellowship with Him and One Another
5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

If you are like me, you are tired of wandering in the earthly darkness.  My soul cries out for the joy, peace, grace and mercy, but ultimately the love of the Lord.  You get this feeling that life as it currently stands is wrong and is missing something. Seek out the Light! Seek out the purifier of all things!

The Author of Life has manifested Himself that we may find the Light we so desperately need. He became the living words of God that we have salvation and be rescued from the depravity of this world forever! The Light is His glory from the throne of righteousness and no darkness came come near it.  We can fellowship in the Light for eternity starting today if we just grab Him, even the hymn of His garment, hold Him, and nothing can pluck us out of His hand.  He gave His earthly life that we be justified by faith in the eyes of Jehovah Jirah.

Just take a step back and let the Light embrace you, that is what I am doing.  Let the Light was all your sins and cares away with its caress and love.  Let Christ hold you in His arms! The world wants to enslave and in the end kill us! He wants to give us life abundantly, from this second to the end of eternity. Love Him!  AMEN

Meditations on the Excellencies of the Word of God

Psalm 119New King James Version (NKJV)

Meditations on the Excellencies of the Word of God

119 Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
Who walk in the law of the Lord!
2 Blessed are those who keep His testimonies,
Who seek Him with the whole heart!
3 They also do no iniquity;
They walk in His ways.
4 You have commanded us
To keep Your precepts diligently.
5 Oh, that my ways were directed
To keep Your statutes!
6 Then I would not be ashamed,
When I look into all Your commandments.
7 I will praise You with uprightness of heart,
When I learn Your righteous judgments.
8 I will keep Your statutes;
Oh, do not forsake me utterly!

The only way to walk in the law of the Lord is to let the Holy Spirit leads you.  If we direct ourselves, our hearts will lead us to disaster and destruction. To follow God's precepts, is deny the world and accept Christ as our savior.  In doing so we rebuke the devil and run to the light of Christ.  Let God's word be etched within your heart so that you can go action His law but also live it daily as your lifestyle. Amen

Abide in His love

If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.

John 15:10 NKJV

If we do our best to live out the commandments of our God, the reward is eternal love and life. If we live out the commandments of our God, we gain life eternal. If we put God as Alpha and Omega in our Lives, then Jehovah, Christ, and the Holy Spirit will dwell in and through us forever. To do these things means to put the worldly and humanistic desires of the heart to death and pick up our Cross daily and follow the example of Christ. Can we do that? Can we willingly try? Leave this world at the foot of the Cross and hold on to His hand. Amen!

Praise God Forerver

In that day you will say: “Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted.

Isaiah 12:4 NIV

Today is that day!  Don't wait for tomorrow, it is not guaranteed! Praise the Lord right now, and forever! Never wait to give Jehovah Nisi Praise! Praise Him when you wake up, in the midst of the worst time of your life, before you slumber,  while driving to work, always Praise God. Silently our aloud, praise Him and never stop, event to end of time!

Death of a deceitful heart

The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? “I the Lord search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve.”

Jeremiah 17:9-10 NIV

Search the desires if your own heart through the eyes of God.  What do you come up with?  Can we truly say that our desires are completely aligned with God's will? Actively dig through the desires of your heart and uproot all that we know is sinful: lust, gluttony, vanity, sloth, and so on.  God will not reside where evil lies, for it is unclean.

This does not mean that the Holy Spirit will not dwell and work with in us. In fact, our unclean heart is the reason why the Spirit of God works within us, to wrought a new creature for God. This new creatures is clean and purified via the blood of Christ, and God will reside with us forever because we have she'd the weight of sin and done our best to live a clean and righteous life in the name of Jesus!
